All horses participating on any CTPA property are required to have a current Negative Coggins test for Equine infectious anemia (EIA) and submit a copy to karl@twowishesranch.com prior to bringing horse to any CTPA facility. Failure to provide means horse will not be allowed remain on property or participate in any practice or tournament.
